In my latest article for the Imaginative Conservative I give thanks for a feast that, as an Englishman, I had never experienced until I moved this side of the Pond. I also ruminate on the differences between the way that other holidays, such as Easter and Christmas, are celebrated in England and the United States, as well as comparing the Fourth of July with England’s own macabre “fireworks night”.
