I write from Aquinas College in Nashville during my first week of teaching in my new position as Writer-in-Residence and Director of the Center for Faith and Culture. Many exciting things have already happened this week and other exciting things are scheduled before I return home to South Carolina on Friday. I hope to write more in the next day or so. which holds an a priori definition of language reduced to [communication] functionalism. Since the premise is arguable, the definition can’t be engaged.
