Back in 1970, a militant feminist by the name of Germaine Greer burst onto the scene with the publication of her bestselling book, The Female Eunuch, a “classic” of the women’s liberation movement. Since then she has continued to make a name for herself as an outspoken “spokesperson” for feminism. Now she finds herself in hot water for daring to suggest that post-operative transgender men are not women. Actually to say she’s in hot water is an understatement; it would be truer to say that the homosexists are out to boil her alive, throwing her into her own cauldron of simmering nonsense. She is the victim of a witch-hunt in which she is being vilified for inciting hatred against her transgendered “brother-sisters”.

Although I have little sympathy for Greer as she reaps the harvest of the feminazi seeds she has sown, I can’t help but have a sneaking admiration for the feisty courage she shows in an interview with the BBC in which she refuses to kowtow before the tsunami of intolerance that she has faced in the name of “tolerance”. Those wishing to see her defend herself from the charge of heresy, leveled against her by the Homosexist Inquisition can see the two-minute interview here:  http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-34625512
